    Overall - incredibly beautiful and impressive place with fast staff that granted our request. Amazing facilities in general, marvellous and pleasant location to the indoor area.

    Convenient base for discovering Riyadh with very good staff that granted our request. The location stunning and magnificent in the outskirts of Riyadh. Also - close enough to the food public areas, Azzuro restaurant and friendly waiter Fredo and business centre...

    I like the the exterior design of the hotel, it is like an old ancient luxary castle. The interior was likewise.

    The reality is completely different, he service wasn't that good. I have waited 1 and a half hour for the breakfast, I have called 5 times for the conc service to bring my car and check-out , it took more than one hour again to check-out I was late for my flight !! In addition, the breakfast menu was so expensive and i was obligated to order because the room price doesn't include the breakfast ! I dont think i will be thr again, there are so many better choices with that price !!

    The luxurious amenities were excellent.

    We encountered significant disappointments. Our room had a terrible smell, resembling urine, very uncomfortable to relax. Though it was clean, the odor lingered and overshadowed our experience. We were too hesitant to complain, but it greatly affected our stay and made us rethink returning in the future.

    The designs and the decorations of the hotel were amazing

    They requested the family id card and they didn't mention that, and all the facilities were only for men! We went there for my wife's birthday and I mentioned that to them but they haven't done anything. And we took a long time to check in

    The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh is absolutely amazing! The hotel is spotless, clean and looks like a palace! The staff were all amazing and succeeded in making us feel like the most important people in the world! We had roses, Arabic sweets and fruit left in the room each day. We were given free tea samples by the coffee shop in the lobby. A fabulous experience and this hotel is now top of my list of great hotels worldwide! Thank you to ALL the wonderful staff and also to the General Manager who took the time to come and greet us and chat. I will be staying at Ritz-Carlton , Riyadh again.

    The design and the amazing entrance.

    Very very expensive restaurant. An open buffet costs 250 SR for each person apart from drinks.

    It was a smart choice for a short weekend trip in Riyadh with good value considering the price charged. The Friday brunch was a highlight, with fantastic food from around the globe, and the kids loved the play area. Bring the family for a fun dining experience!

    Great meals, overall everything was impressive.

    I stayed in the room that was not been updated with USB charging plugs and available with an excellant bed.

    Nothing intresting.

    The breakfast was very bad. The food is limited. And the organising was too bad. It took very long time to get my orders.

    The room was extremely spacious with a nice size bathroom and views of city. Got an amazing breakfast included. The hotel was in a stunning location so close to the restaurant especially Mr Joshy Joseph, the center, and Riyadh congested areas. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Riyadh.
